How it works
From raw footage to published, without the back and forth.
You send footage and a short brief. We send back a finished video. Here is exactly what happens in between.
STEP 1
Tell us about your channel
Fill in the start form with your channel link and a few videos you like the look of. We build a style guide from it, so you only explain your taste once.
STEP 2
Send your footage
Upload to your private folder, or share a Google Drive or Dropbox link. Add notes if there is anything to keep, cut or highlight.
STEP 3
Get your first draft in 48 hours
We cut the video and send a review link within two business days. If you added a thumbnail or titles, they arrive with the draft.
STEP 4
Review, revise and publish
Leave time-stamped comments on the draft. Revisions usually come back the next business day. When you approve, we send the final file ready to upload.
What we need from you
- Your raw footage and any B-roll
- Two or three videos whose style you like
- Your logo, fonts and intro, if you have them
- Notes on anything that must stay or go
What you get back
- The finished video, ready to upload
- A thumbnail and title options, if you added them
- A vertical Short, on the Twice Weekly and Four a Week plans
- Chapter timestamps for your description
Process questions
What creators ask before the first upload.
How do I give feedback?
Every draft comes as a review link. Click anywhere on the timeline and type your note, and the editor sees exactly which moment you mean.
What if I am in a rush?
Add the 24-hour rush to any video and the first draft arrives the next business day.
What file formats can I send?
Whatever your camera, phone or screen recorder produces. If a file gives us trouble, we will tell you the same day.
Will my videos look consistent?
Yes. We keep a style guide for your channel with your pacing, fonts, music and reference videos. Whoever edits your video works from it, so your second video needs fewer notes than your first.
